The Ness County Health Department will offer flu shots at Western Plains School in Ransom on Wednesday, October 19, and in Bazine on Thursday, October 20, from 4-7 PM during parent-teacher conferences. This is open to the public, and all are invited to attend.
Please bring a current copy of your insurance card; your shot will be billed to your insurance. If you do not have insurance, the cost will be $30 and collected at the time of service.
Children under 18 years of age will need parental consent for vaccination. Please fill out the attached consent form for each member of your family that will receive a flu shot. This will shorten your wait time.
If your child is needing scheduled immunizations, we will bring vaccines to the school if notified ahead of time. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Health Department at 785-798-3388.
